luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
I loved the unique swim-up junior suite, providing direct access to a shared pool from our terrace which was perfect for lazy afternoons. The expansive spa facilities blew me away, especially the relaxation options including the large hydro pool and various saunas, all complimentary! The themed dining nights were a highlight. We enjoyed the al fresco barbecue under the stars.
would recommend 🥰✨

We enjoyed our holiday very much. We were staying in the duplex suite, the standard of accommodation was truly delux. The service we received was first class and any request we had was dealt with efficiently and quickly, 10 out of 10! We hope to return April 2012

Well-equipped and well-appointed rooms with the balconies and a seaview, and very good service. Private parking onsite provided.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The adults-only pool area was a perfect retreat for some quiet relaxation, away from family activities.
At times, the restaurant service felt a bit slow during peak dining hours, frustrating when we were eager to enjoy our meals.

Friendly staff with smile on the face always ready to help. Sport premises high above Mallorca's standard. Exceptional buffet.
1) Bed Generous for single. Not suitable for pairs. Wheels make it almost impossible to hook two of them up together. Well it's not for sure made for honeymooners ;) 2) Internet wi-fi access possible only in reception. There are some computers for free use. This would be excellent comparing other hotels. However hotel claims full free wifi coverage everywhere. This is what you basically won't get.

Wonderful relaxing European hotel in peaceful location to the castle on the headland. Well-appointed and brand-new units available with sofa bed, whirlpool, as for instance. Great to have an a la carte restaurant for lunch.

We were given junior suite upon rrrival while we have booked the standard room. The food is excellent, spa was excellent as well. Hotel is nice, facilities are good, a lot of things to do.
Almost all the personnel of the hotel never smile to you. Our room was never properly cleaned, this was the main disadvantage.

Fantastic family-friendly atmosphere! The themed buffet nights were a highlight. We never faced long queues at the buffet, a pleasant surprise. The Asian a la carte restaurant was great, with delicious food and an inviting ambiance. We had a junior suite that was really nice in size, alongside a well-stocked minibar that was replenished daily. A slight annoyance occurred when staff entered our room despite the 'do not disturb' sign. Pool access was great. We found loungers easily, although a few cooler days meant the water was chilly. The proximity to Sa Coma beach added value. The nature reserve across the street was a lovely walking option. We enjoyed our stay and felt it catered well to families.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa. The staff were courteous and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were generous in size, comfortable and spotless. The food was amazing, lots of choice and of a high standard. My husband thought it was the best we had ever had in a hotel! The pools and bathing areas were peaceful and beautiful, with comfy, thick padded stone-coloured mattresses on the sunloungers. If you want a quiet, luxurious break, then this is the ideal hotel!

Spacious areas around the swimming pools. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and the decor was new and contemporary. There was a calm and relaxed feeling even though the hotel was full (mid August). The Azafran (Spanish restaurant) on-site was delightful. We watched the sun setting to a very impressive 5 course dinner. The waiter Xavier was superb and his particularly good service added to the experience. The free bikes from the Club were a bonus and we cycled for miles every morning.
Poor service from restaurant staff at breakfast and evening meals. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge, particularly at the "Grill" where we ate lunch and the service was lacking. The staff were pleasant but not attentive and certainly not 5 * calibre. The Italian Restaurant (on site) was very poor service and we complained to the manager who removed the charge from our bill. The tea and coffee wasn't replenished in the room despite constant requests at reception. The reception staff were lacking and failed to organise wi-fi booster which they offered on check in. It finally arrived on day 6 of our 7 night holiday and still didn't work. The evening reception staff had very limited English which presented some difficulties.
